Who we are
The Muhlenkamp Foundation Inc is established to be a charity whose purpose is to advance social or public welfare by:
Establishing and operating child-care centers for children who are too young to attend school.
Operating residential care facilities for elderly people who are unable to care for themselves.
Providing money and goods to people who have lost their homes due to hurricane and other disasters, to ensure that they can have a modest standard of living while they are recovering from losing their home.
Providing parcels of food and other essential grocery items to homeless people and others who cannot afford to buy basic food and groceries for themselves, and
Providing clothing to people who are homeless, and others who cannot afford to buy clothing for themselves.
Providing assistance to stay-at-home mom/dad with children who are too young to attend school. Establish and obtain work from home jobs or jobs that are child-friendly.

Hurricane Dorian Relief Fund
My name is Ariella Mckinney Muhlenkamp. I am a Bahamian and one of the Founders of The Muhlenkamp Foundation, along with my husband Brad Muhlenkamp. Hurricane Dorian made landfall Sunday 1 of September 2019 in the Abaco Islands as a Category 5 hurricane. Dorian was driving 185 mph winds, with gusts up to 220 mph setting the record for the most powerful hurricane ever to make landfall in the islands. As we watched the news channels, reports, social media, whatsapp, phone calls and text messages as Hurricane Dorian devastated Abaco and Grand Bahama, we waited for it to reach Florida. My heart ached and my soul was in constant turmoil for my Bahamaland and sleepless nights followed. I thought long and hard about what can we do to help. I jumped into action The Time is Now! Let's be the light for our brother and sisters in need. Let’s lend a hand in whichever capacity we can. The Time is Now to come together and be our brother’s keepers. There is power and strength in numbers. Be The Difference. Be a Part of the Solution. United we Stand. Help Us Help The Bahamas.
